Welcome to Outlaws Roofing! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Outlaws Roofing mobile application, website, APIs, and any other software, products, and services provided by Outlaws Roofing (collectively referred to as the “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts to access or use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal authority to accept these Terms. Outlaws Roofing may require proof of age at any time.
To use certain features of the Services you may be required to register for an account. When you register for an account, you agree to:
One account per user. You may not share accounts. Outlaws Roofing reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide inaccurate or incomplete information, exhibit suspicious activity, or violate these Terms.
Subject to the customer’s complete and ongoing compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Outlaws Roofing grants the customer and its authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Services for the customer’s lawful internal business purposes during the applicable subscription term.

The Services, including all content, software, images, designs, photographs, trademarks, logos, and other materials contained therein, are the property of Outlaws Roofing and its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You acquire no rights in the Services except as granted in these Terms. Any use of the Services not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and an infringement of our rights.
You are solely responsible for any content you contribute, upload, post or otherwise transmit via the Services (“User Content”). The customer retains ownership of Customer Data. The customer grants Outlaws Roofing a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, process, transmit and display Customer Data only as necessary to provide, secure, support and improve the Services, comply with law, and fulfil the customer’s documented instructions.
Outlaws Roofing does not claim ownership of your User Content. However, you grant Outlaws Roofing the rights necessary to enable interoperation between the Services and third party applications and services.
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third party intellectual property rights and that you have the necessary rights to grant the licenses contained herein.
Outlaws Roofing may remove any User Content at any time for any reason. Outlaws Roofing is not responsible for moderating User Content or monitoring User Content for compliance with law or these Terms.
By providing your phone number during account creation on outlawsroofing.com and selecting the non-pre-selected checkbox to agree to our Terms & Conditions, you explicitly authorize Outlaws Roofing to contact you via two-way SMS at the number provided.

The Services are owned and operated by Outlaws Roofing. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code, products, software, services, and all other elements of the Services are protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Outlaws Roofing grants you no right, title or interest in the Services except for the limited use rights expressly set forth in these Terms. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Outlaws Roofing may update or modify the Services from time to time. Where a material change substantially reduces core paid functionality, Outlaws Roofing will provide reasonable prior notice when commercially practicable, except where immediate changes are required for security, legal, technical or regulatory reasons.
The Services may allow access to services provided by third parties, including the ability to connect with social networking services like Facebook and Twitter (“Third Party Services”). If you enable Third Party Services, you agree that Outlaws Roofing may share certain information about you with these services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Outlaws Roofing does not own or control Third Party Services. When you enable Third Party Services you are interacting and transacting solely with the third party provider of the relevant Service. Outlaws Roofing does not endorse or recommend any particular Third Party Service. You are solely responsible for your dealings with Third Party Services. Additional terms and conditions may apply to your use of Third Party Services – please read their terms of service carefully before using the Third Party Services.
You will defend, fully indemnify and hold harmless Outlaws Roofing, its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:
You agree to immediately notify Outlaws Roofing of any third party claims related to the foregoing and cooperate with Outlaws Roofing in defending such claims. Outlaws Roofing reserves the right to assume exclusive control over the defense of any claim subject to indemnification by you.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTLAWS ROOFING EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM OUTLAWS ROOFING OR THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, OUTLAWS ROOFING MAKES NO WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES OR CONTENT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR HARMFUL CODE.
YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OUTLAWS ROOFING, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, MONEY OR USE, IN CONNECTION WITH ANY CLAIM, LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, INCLUDING YOUR ACCESS TO, DISPLAY OF, USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF OUTLAWS ROOFING HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You and Outlaws Roofing agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating in any way to the Services or these Terms shall be determined by binding individual arbitration instead of in courts of general jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Outlaws Roofing may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any breach of these Terms. Sections 6, 10-15 shall survive termination of your access and use of the Services.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Outlaws Roofing with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede any prior agreements.
